As CEO, she continues to grow a strong business by staying focused on value-driven solutions. Marsha is a strong business leader and this journey began in 1996 as she and her husband began Classic Equine Equipment, a leader in the Equine Equipment industry.


Adam Busse

Adam has been in the sales, management, and metal fabrications business for over 25 years. Adam and his wife Marsha sold their very successful business, Classic Equine Equipment, in 2013. Adam has also created a precision rifle manufacturing company, Gunware. Adam has always developed strong lasting relationships based on trust and by providing the best products with a high level of service.


John Daniel

John has over 30 years of experience in operations management, sales management, and executive leadership. John oversees most aspects of the daily business, including sales, finance, estimating, production, and engineering. John is very versed in all aspects of “Lean Manufacturing” and at Six Sigma Methodology, having been previously certified as a green belt. John enjoys working with customers and developing solutions.

Larry Gray

Larry has extensive experience in the world of government and management. He has worked for multiple consulting firms as a subject matter expert and business developer. Larry is involved in all facets of the business including estimating, preconstruction, and project oversight. His ability to provide value engineering and turnkey solutions has played a major role in the success of Sterling Rand and its clients.
