Management is led by the President of the business Marsha Busse. Marsha has an extensive background in business ownership through her successful growth of another manufacturing company of which she assisted her husband in taking from a garage business to full feature manufacturing organization of over 70 employees and sales throughout the United States and internationally. As a result, they sold the business to a larger business conglomerate. She is true entrepreneur along with being skilled and savvy business leader.

As Sterling Rand expands, the increase in personnel will be slow yet deliberate. We will open with small staff of highly qualified people.

How Are Things Processed?

Sterling Rand’s strategy for success is through producing the highest quality products on the market. This is through the utilization of quality parts both over the counter as well as made in house. The major implementation tools to be used to accomplish our goals are great marketing and a knowledgeable professional sales force. Our tag line “Make our products better than the customer expects,” is accomplished by making your customer #1. We will always call our customers back in a timely manner and stay in connection with them during the sale, production, and after the sale.

Our niche is high level metal products generated through a very thorough quality control process. As a manufacturer, we stand above others by having a very hands on time with each product during production. Sterling Rand maintains a very precise standard for tolerances, fit and finish or as we look at it, “micros make a difference.”

Timelines is another important part of Sterling Rand’s mission. We have established that once the product has been ordered, we will strive to deliver it to the customer in sixty days. This is due having a very well stocked inventory and having full control of the production and delivery of the product.
